I’m very excited to announce that tomorrow I travel to the US to attend the National Arts Strategies (NAS) Homecoming event in Maryland! This first-of-its-kind gathering brings together the full UK and US Creative Communities Fellowship cohort of cultural leaders. The event takes place at the Pearlstone Retreat Centre, just outside Baltimore. The retreat provides a collaborative space where cultural leaders can share strategic and creative ideas to drive change and build more inclusive and equitable arts, museum, and heritage environments.

I look forward to reconnecting with inspiring peers from the UK cohort and networking with cultural leaders from the US and beyond. I am deeply grateful to NAS for the invitation to the NAS Homecoming, and to Derby Museums for introducing the program to the UK.
